Transfluid Tube Cutting Machinery

The orbital chipless cutting as well as special blade cutting methods in which the tubes are sheared off are excellent for low-burr separating cuts. Tubes produced from two cutting methods can be processed further without requiring additional handling steps.

Features

Chipless Orbital Cutting Systems…

enable precision cutting results to be achieved – so that your tube can be subjected to direct subsequent machining. The clean cutting results mean all forming can take place directly at the cut surface – with subsequent machining redundant. Collapsing at the cut-off point is eliminated because during the cutting process the pipes are tension-loaded with different torques (dependent on size).

Equipment variants:
  • Cutting rate to 1,600 / hour
  • Cut length optimized to minimize rest lengths
  • From coil with straightening unit or with loader magazine for tubed material
  • Controlled multiple discharge of cuts
